On the lighter side.....
A Chief Financial Officer for a medium sized company briskly walks into the office of the Chief Executive Officer and says with some concern;
"I've just been going over the P&L for this fiscal year and I'm concerned on how much we have spent on Staff Development.
What if we spend all this money on developing them and they end up leaving us?"
The CEO replies;
"What if we don't and they stay!"
